These terms govern your use of the Biosportive iPhone app, web panel and biosportive.com website ("Biosportive"). Biosportive is operated by Furkan Doğan. By using Biosportive you accept these terms.
1. The service
Biosportive is software that lets the athlete, the club's conditioning staff and the dietitian follow an athlete's training, recovery, sleep, health measurements and nutrition records. The scope of the service may change over time.
2. Not medical advice
Biosportive is not a medical device; it does not diagnose, recommend treatment or replace a health professional. Readings, measurements and suggestions in the app are for training and recovery monitoring. Heart rate and HRV measured with the phone camera are not medical measurements. If you have a concern about your health, talk to your doctor; in an emergency call your local emergency number (112 in Türkiye).
3. Accounts
- Accounts are opened by your club's conditioning staff or your dietitian, or created with an invite code.
- You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and your password secret.
- If you notice unauthorised use of your account, tell us at info@furkandogan.com straight away.
- If you are under 18, you may use Biosportive with your parent's or guardian's consent.
4. Acceptable use
When using Biosportive, do not:
- access someone else's account without permission or enter data on someone else's behalf;
- upload content you have no rights to or that violates others' privacy;
- disrupt the service, try to bypass its security or create excessive load by automated means;
- try to reverse engineer or copy the software.
Accounts used against these rules may be suspended or closed.
5. Content and data
The videos, photos, check-ins and notes you upload belong to you. You give us the permission needed to process this content to provide the service and for the purposes in the Privacy Policy and the consent text in the app. How your personal data is processed is explained in the Privacy Policy and the Data Protection Notice.
6. Intellectual property
The Biosportive software, design, name and logo belong to Furkan Doğan. These terms only give you the right to use Biosportive personally and for its intended purpose.
7. Availability
We work to provide Biosportive without interruption or error, but the service may occasionally be interrupted by maintenance, updates or technical faults. We reserve the right to change or end the service; if we end it, we will give reasonable notice.
8. Limitation of liability
Biosportive is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage arising from training, nutrition or health decisions made on the basis of readings and measurements in the app. Cases of intent or gross negligence and your rights under consumer law are reserved.
9. Closing your account
You can close your account at any time in the app with Profil › Veri ve gizlilik › Hesabımı kapat (Profile › Data and privacy › Close my account). What happens to your data afterwards is explained on the Account Deletion page.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, the effective date and version number at the top of the page change; significant changes are announced in the app.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Your rights as a consumer are reserved.
